Market Days in Texas

collagec.jpg (27588 bytes)

Market days, or trade days, are held all across Texas usually on scheduled weekends and other selected days during the month. Most of these events take place in smaller towns or villages where vendors across the region bring in their arts, crafts, collectibles, antiques, and many more items. Whether the event is called market days, trade days, flea markets, swap meets, antique shows, arts and crafts shows, there is one of these scheduled days that is just right for you.

Bargain-hunters flock to these market day events to enjoy the bazaar-type atmosphere to pick up those "antique treasures." Usually, there is live entertainment and plenty of food to be enjoyed by all.

We are developing a list of event days across the nation that will give the traveling visitor a good idea of where they can pick up a souvenir or an item that you can not live without. Make your next visit in a tourist area near a market days event.
